Our process on how your home will be washed >

​​1. We start by spraying our premixed Low Pressure Soapy Foam onto your gutters, eaves, windows and walls.

​​2. Your house will then be soft broom scrubbed by hand to remove any mould, grime and stains.

​​3. We then wash off all the exterior surfaces with a very low water pressure spray

​​4. Your home is then checked over for any stubborn grime or spots & rewashed if needed

​​5. Your windows & screens are broomed with soapy water but if needed they can be professionally cleaned at an extra cost.

(If ladders or roof access is needed our contractors are all fully trained with Working Safely at Heights)

In Qld you are less likely to have mould growing on the East and West sides of your home due to the exposure from the sun but if you have large trees or a structure on these sides of your home you will still find mould growing, it loves to grow in shaded moist areas.
